04062009/ Pizza-jam session night at WikiPlaza Bastille
Well... i had to go back to Spain for a couple of days and i got back just some hours ago, It looks like today the Bernard de Lanoë, the mayor of Paris, was visiting WPz... and it was kind of odd... After a lot of preparations he just flowed through... You know to think, to build, to flow...
When i got to Bastille around 10 pm, the episode was long over, and the people from Colocco were finishing explaining and discussing some of their projects - especially the momento monumento (sao paulo 2009)... and right away a jam session was starting... I can't really tell who's playing what but it is very good...
On one side of the dome, Xavi, Zako, Benjamin, Alex, Belen, Borja are turning different"instruments" some of them, made out of a plastic bottel some knobs and and arduino chip, is operating a sound pure data, some kind f toy battery brought bye Benjamin inputs a deformed beat... Javi Milara, who got recently form sevilla, is controlling the image flow... Gepetto was rapping noises...
And Michelle just got, right now, with home made pizzas... and i might not get any if i keep writing now...

And there are now a group of friends of Benjamin... ... ... operating gamepads that control a pure data motored visual piece that generates sound... I have to ask them for a more precise description, but it does indeed look on the dome, and sound very good... a sweet landscape of noise, enclosed by images, just by our own images...
